About Elite Home Sales Academy
My name is Karen Weinfurtner, and I founded Elite Home Sales Academy (EHSA) because I saw a need for personalized, results-driven coaching for New Home Sales Professionals & Real Estate Agents. With many years of experience in the industry, I realized that many Sales Professionals were looking for more than just general advice—they wanted focused, one-on-one guidance to help them master their craft and achieve real success.
At EHSA, I focus on providing in-person coaching throughout the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area, as well as virtual coaching for those located elsewhere. My approach is rooted in a performance-driven philosophy, ensuring that each session is customized to meet your unique goals and challenges. I’m passionate about helping Sales Professionals grow their careers, ultimately helping my clients achieve life-changing success.
